Payments, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This policy explains how payments work on StoxInsights, when you can cancel, and when refunds may or may not apply.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to paid access to the StoxInsights platform operated by BRB Plus AI Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

StoxInsights is a digital research and analysis platform. Research Content is prepared by FINKHOZ Roboadvisory Services Private Limited (SEBI Registered Research Analyst — INH000022297). Fees charged by us are for platform access and related technology services, not for guaranteed investment returns.

This policy should be read with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Compliance disclosures.

2. What you are buying

When you pay, you purchase time-bound access to StoxInsights features such as buy/sell recommendations, Watchlist & Returns, charts, analysis tools, and related services for the plan period shown at checkout (for example monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

We may also offer a free trial. The free trial does not require payment for the trial period unless clearly stated otherwise at sign-up.

3. Pricing, taxes, and currency

  • Plan prices are shown on the Pricing page and again at checkout.
  • Applicable taxes (including GST in India, where applicable) will be added and shown before you pay.
  • Amounts are generally charged in Indian Rupees (INR), unless we clearly show another currency.
  • We may update prices from time to time. The price that applies is the price shown at the time of your successful payment.

4. Payment methods and payment partner

Payments are processed through our payment partner (currently Razorpay) and the banks / card networks / UPI apps they support. By paying, you also agree to the payment partner’s applicable terms for processing the transaction.

We do not store your full card number on our servers when the payment partner processes the payment. Payment confirmation, invoice details, and related records may be stored to activate your plan and for accounting, tax, and support.

5. When access starts

After a successful payment, paid access is activated for the selected plan. For upgrades, any remaining credit from an existing active plan (if shown at checkout) is applied as described on the Pricing / checkout screen, and the new plan period starts as stated at purchase.

If payment fails, is declined, or is not completed, the paid plan is not activated.

6. Cancellations

You may stop using StoxInsights at any time. Because StoxInsights is a digital subscription service, “cancellation” means:

  • you will not be charged again for a new period unless you buy, renew, or upgrade again; and
  • your current paid access continues until the end of the plan period already paid for, unless we state otherwise or are required by law to act differently.

Cancelling or stopping use mid-period does not, by itself, create a right to a refund for the unused days of a plan that has already been activated, except where this policy or applicable law says otherwise.

To request cancellation help, account closure, or billing support, contact us using the details in section 10.

7. Refunds — general rule

As a general rule, once a payment is successful and paid access has been activated, fees are non-refundable. This includes monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans, and upgrade payments, except where:

  • applicable law requires a refund; or
  • we expressly approve a refund under this policy; or
  • a clear checkout / offer term promises a refund for a specific case.

Digital research access is made available immediately after successful payment. Please review plan details carefully before you pay.

8. When we may consider a refund

We may review and, where appropriate, refund or reverse a charge in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment — the same plan was charged more than once for the same purchase by mistake.
  • Failed activation after successful payment — payment succeeded but we could not provide access, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
  • Unauthorized transaction — you report a payment you did not authorize, subject to verification with you and/or the payment partner / bank.
  • Incorrect amount charged — a clear billing error by us (for example, charged a different plan amount than shown at confirmed checkout).

Refund requests should be raised promptly, preferably within 7 days of the payment date, with your registered email / mobile, payment ID / order reference, and a short description of the issue.

Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method through the payment partner. Bank / UPI / card timelines after we initiate a refund are typically 5–10 business days, and may vary by bank or payment method.

9. Cases where refunds are not available

Without limiting section 7, refunds are generally not available for:

  • change of mind after access is activated;
  • partially used plan periods;
  • dissatisfaction with market outcomes, recommendation results, or research views;
  • failure to use the platform during the paid period;
  • account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Use;
  • taxes already remitted, except where law requires adjustment.

Sample return figures, watchlist items, and any “what if” calculations are not real cash and are not withdrawable or refundable as money.
