On StoxInsights, Research Content (including buy/sell recommendations and related research) is Powered by Finkhoz. StoxInsights is the technology and distribution platform owned and operated by BRB Plus AI Private Limited.

2. Who does what

Finkhoz Roboadvisory Services Private Limited (“Finkhoz” / “Research Analyst”) is the SEBI-registered Research Analyst. Research on StoxInsights is Powered by Finkhoz.

BRB Plus AI Private Limited (“BRB” / “Platform Operator”) owns and operates the StoxInsights website, mobile applications, user accounts, billing for platform access, charts, analysis tools, Watchlist & Returns, and related technology services. Except where expressly stated otherwise, BRB is not the SEBI-registered Research Analyst providing Research Content.

3. History, present business and background

Finkhoz Roboadvisory Services Private Limited is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst with registration no. INH000022297. Finkhoz obtained its registration on July 30, 2025 and is engaged in offering research and recommendation services.

Such Research Content is distributed to users through StoxInsights, the platform operated by BRB Plus AI Private Limited.

4. Terms and conditions of Research Services

The Research Services of Finkhoz are limited to providing independent research recommendations. Finkhoz shall not be involved in advisory or portfolio allocation services under these Research Services.

Finkhoz never guarantees returns on any recommendation provided. Investors should note that investment / trading in stocks, indices, or other securities is always subject to market risk. Past performance is never a guarantee of future results.

Finkhoz shall not be responsible for any loss to investors arising from investment decisions taken by them, including decisions taken after reading Research Content on StoxInsights.

5. Disciplinary history

There are no pending material litigations or legal proceedings against Finkhoz as Research Analyst. As on date, no penalties / directions have been issued by SEBI under the SEBI Act or Regulations made thereunder against Finkhoz relating to Research Analyst services.

• Finkhoz, or any of its officers / employees, does not trade in securities which are the subject matter of recommendation.
• There are no actual or potential conflicts of interest arising from any connection to or association with any issuer of products / securities, including any material information or facts that might compromise objectivity or independence in carrying on Research Analyst services. Such conflict of interest shall be disclosed to the client as and when they arise.
• Finkhoz or its employees or its associates have not received any compensation from the company which is the subject matter of recommendation.
• Finkhoz or its employees or its associates have not managed or co-managed the public offering of any company.
• Finkhoz or its employees or its associates have not received any compensation for investment banking, merchant banking, or brokerage services from the subject company.
• Finkhoz or its employees or its associates have not received any compensation for products or services other than the above from the subject company.
• Finkhoz or its employees or its associates have not received any compensation or other benefits from the subject company or a third party in connection with the research report / recommendation.
• The subject company was not a client of Finkhoz or its employees or its associates during the twelve months preceding the date of recommendation services provided.
• Finkhoz or its employees or its associates have not served as an officer, director, or employee of the subject company.
• Finkhoz has not been engaged in market-making activity of the subject company.

Research Content prepared by Finkhoz may be published and accessed by users on StoxInsights, the platform operated by BRB Plus AI Private Limited.

Clients should note that AI-based processes have inherent limitations, including the possibility of algorithmic error, data quality issues, incomplete context, and limits on explainability. Finkhoz applies security and data-handling controls consistent with applicable regulatory requirements. AI-assisted outputs used in Research Services are subject to human oversight by qualified professionals before Research Content is finalised for distribution.

Consistent with the terms of Research Services above, Finkhoz’s Research Services on StoxInsights are limited to independent research recommendations and do not constitute advisory or portfolio allocation services. Some tools or features available on the StoxInsights platform (operated by BRB) may be technology features of the platform rather than Research Content of Finkhoz; where a product or service falls outside SEBI’s Research Analyst framework, appropriate disclosures will be provided.
