1. Scope

These disclosures apply to the StoxInsights website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclosures, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Platform operator

The StoxInsights Platform is owned, operated, and maintained by BRB Plus AI Private Limited (“Platform Operator”).

The Platform Operator provides technology, product distribution, account access, charts, analytics tools, Virtual Portfolio functionality, and related platform services. Except as expressly stated otherwise, the Platform Operator is not the SEBI-registered Research Analyst providing Research Content.

3. Research Analyst / Research Content provider

Research Content available on the Platform, including buy/sell recommendations and related research materials (collectively, “Research Content”), is prepared and provided by:

FINKHOZ is responsible for the preparation, review, and provision of Research Content in accordance with applicable securities laws and regulations governing research analysts.

StoxInsights distributes such Research Content through the Platform as a technology and distribution interface.

4. Nature of Research Content

Research Content is provided for informational and educational purposes to assist users in independent decision-making. Research Content:

• does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security in every circumstance;
• is not personalized investment advice tailored to any individual’s financial situation, risk profile, or investment objectives unless expressly stated under a separate regulated engagement;
• does not create a client–advisor relationship solely by virtue of Platform access; and
• should be read together with all related disclosures, risk factors, and documents.

Users remain solely responsible for their investment and trading decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

5. Mandatory risk disclosure

Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Please read all related documents carefully before investing.

Securities markets are volatile. Prices may rise or fall due to company-specific, sectoral, macroeconomic, geopolitical, liquidity, and other factors. Users may lose part or all of the capital deployed.

6. SEBI registration and NISM certification disclaimer

Registration granted by SEBI and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

The existence of a SEBI registration number does not imply endorsement of any particular recommendation, return expectation, or investment outcome.

7. Past performance disclaimer

Past performance is not indicative of future results and does not guarantee future performance. Illustrative samples, historical outcomes, Virtual Portfolio tracking results, screenshots, or marketing examples are not assurances of future profits or loss avoidance.

8. No assurance of returns or accuracy

Neither the Platform Operator nor FINKHOZ warrants that any recommendation, analysis, chart signal, pattern, financial metric, AI-generated response, or other Platform output will be accurate, complete, timely, or profitable.

All Platform features, including but not limited to charts, Pattern Scanner, market analysis, sector and index analytics, financial analysis, Virtual Portfolio, and AI Assistant, are decision-support tools only and do not execute trades or guarantee outcomes.

9. Virtual Portfolio disclosure

The Virtual Portfolio feature permits users to track selected recommendations using simulated capital. Virtual Portfolio activity:

• does not constitute actual trade execution or brokerage services;
• does not create a demat, trading, or custodial account;
• is optional and provided to enable users to observe published recommendation outcomes; and
• shall not be construed as a representation of assured accuracy, returns, or live portfolio performance.

10. Artificial Intelligence disclosure

The AI Assistant may generate responses based on user queries and available Platform context relating to securities, markets, and Research Content. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

AI outputs are not Research Content unless expressly identified as such by the Research Analyst. Users must independently verify material information before acting and must not rely solely on AI-generated responses.

11. Conflicts, independence, and communication standards

Research Content is intended to be prepared and communicated in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations governing research analysts, including standards relating to disclosures, integrity of research, and investor protection.

Marketing communications on the Platform are intended to describe product features and access terms. They should not be construed as a guarantee of investment performance.

12. Distribution and technology disclaimer

The Platform Operator does not undertake to provide Research Content in the capacity of a SEBI-registered Research Analyst by virtue of operating StoxInsights technology. Responsibility for Research Content rests with FINKHOZ as the registered Research Analyst, except to the extent applicable law imposes separate obligations on a distributor or platform operator.

Platform availability, data feeds, latency, display formatting, and tool outputs may be affected by technical, third-party, or market-data limitations.

13. User responsibilities

Users agree that they shall:

• use the Platform in accordance with applicable law and the Terms of Use;
• independently evaluate Research Content and Platform tools before acting;
• consider their own risk tolerance, financial condition, and investment objectives; and
• not treat Platform communications as a commitment of returns, capital protection, or risk-free trading.

15. Updates to this page

These disclosures may be updated from time to time to reflect regulatory, operational, or product changes. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acknowledgment of the revised disclosures, subject to applicable law.

16. Controlling documents

In the event of inconsistency between marketing copy on the Platform and this Compliance page, the disclosures on this page, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy shall prevail for legal and regulatory interpretation, unless a more specific mandatory disclosure is required by law.
