1. Agreement

By visiting StoxInsights, creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the web or mobile apps, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use StoxInsights.

2. Who operates StoxInsights

The StoxInsights platform is owned and operated by BRB Plus AI Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Research Content on StoxInsights is prepared and provided by FINKHOZ Roboadvisory Services Private Limited (“FINKHOZ”), a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000022297).

StoxInsights is the technology and distribution platform. FINKHOZ is responsible for Research Content as the research provider.

3. What StoxInsights provides

StoxInsights may include:

• Buy/sell recommendations (Short Term, Mid Term, Long Term)
• Research Cards with entry, target, stop-loss, hold time, and reasons
• Virtual Portfolio for tracking recommendation outcomes (optional)
• Charts, Pattern Scanner, market analysis, sector and index tools
• Financial analysis
• AI Assistant for questions about stocks you choose and about recommendations
• Web and mobile access with one account

Features may change over time as we improve the product.

4. Not personal investment advice / no guaranteed returns

StoxInsights provides research tools and research content so you can study and decide. It is not a promise of profit.

• You make your own trading and investment decisions
• Results are never guaranteed
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Investing in the securities market has market risk
• Please read all related documents carefully before investing

SEBI registration and NISM certification do not guarantee the performance of an intermediary or assure returns to investors.

5. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use investment research platforms under applicable law. StoxInsights is intended for adults. You confirm that the information you give us is true and complete.

6. Your account

• Keep your login details private
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Tell us quickly if you think someone else used your account
• Do not share your account with others
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the platform at risk

7. Free trial and paid access

We may offer a free trial with full or limited access for a set period. After the trial, continued access may require a subscription or other paid plan.

Pricing and plan details will be shown on the Pricing page or at checkout. Taxes may apply. If a payment partner processes payments, their terms may also apply.

Unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise, fees already paid may not be refundable.

8. How you may use StoxInsights

You may use StoxInsights for lawful personal use to study markets and research.

You must not:

• Copy, scrape, or resell platform content for commercial redistribution without permission
• Try to break, hack, overload, or disrupt the service
• Use bots or automated tools in a way that harms the platform
• Upload harmful code or misuse the AI Assistant
• Misrepresent StoxInsights or FINKHOZ research as your own product
• Use the service for unlawful activity

9. Research Content and recommendations

Buy/sell recommendations and Research Cards are research content for your review. They are not instructions that you must follow.

Research may be reviewed before publish and tracked for outcomes, but that does not remove market risk or guarantee results.

Illustrative samples on the marketing site are examples only — not live advice.

10. Virtual Portfolio

Virtual Portfolio lets you track recommendations with virtual (not real) money so you can review outcomes, accuracy, and returns over time.

It is optional. It is meant to help you evaluate research track record. It is not a required step before every real trade, and it does not create a real brokerage account or real market execution.

11. Charts, analysis tools, and Pattern Scanner

Charts, market tools, sector/index analytics, financial analysis, and Pattern Scanner are decision-support tools. Patterns and analytics are clues for study — not orders to buy or sell.

12. AI Assistant

The AI Assistant can answer questions about stocks you choose and about StoxInsights recommendations. Answers depend on available platform context and may be incomplete or wrong.

Always check important points on charts, research, and other tools. Do not rely on AI alone. Do not share passwords, full card numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data in AI prompts.

13. Intellectual property

StoxInsights branding, software, design, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. Research Content remains subject to FINKHOZ’s rights and responsibilities as research provider.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform while your account is active and in line with these Terms. You do not get ownership of the software or research.

14. Third-party services

The platform may use or link to third-party services (for example, app stores, payment partners, or hosting). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

15. Availability and changes

We try to keep StoxInsights available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or updates may happen.

We may change features, limits, pricing, or these Terms. When Terms change, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StoxInsights is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the platform or any recommendation, chart, analysis, or AI answer will be error-free, complete, or profitable.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BRB Plus AI Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of StoxInsights, including trading losses.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim, or a smaller amount required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to protect us from claims and losses arising from your misuse of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your trading decisions.

19. Suspension and termination

You may stop using StoxInsights at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, create risk, or if required by law. Some sections (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue after termination.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a mandatory local law says otherwise. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
