• Misrepresent BRBStox as a real brokerage or live trading service

6. Platform Features

BRBStox provides virtual trading simulation including stocks, futures, and options practice, portfolio tracking, performance reports, screeners, and other learning tools.

The Platform offers a realistic market experience for educational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. Virtual capital, positions, and performance data have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

7. No Investment Advice

All content, tools, and simulations on BRBStox are provided for educational and practice purposes only. We do not provide personalised investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any real-world financial decisions. Past simulated performance is not indicative of future results in real markets.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, logos, and materials on BRBStox are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. The BRBStox name and logo are our trademarks.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal and trading data. We do not share your personal data or trade data with third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. You use BRBStox at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRBStox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes any losses related to real-world trading decisions made based on your experience on BRBStox. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or if we believe your conduct harms the Platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
